I bought their dashcam on Amazon. I went to look this past week, ready to make a claim, and they no longer sell on Amazon...BIG surprise Sarcastic I can't even leave a bad review on Amazon which is disappointing.

I sent emails directly to the FalconZero customer service and their inbox is full and my email was kicked back. I called and no one answers the phone after waiting on hold.

I realize now I wasted money and I'm annoyed at Amazon and FalconZero for this. This was about the most expensive dashcam I could find on Amazon at the time. Spending $200 only to find out later that the company won't do anything about their faulty product is a shame. I'm hopeful they still exist on some level and want to clear things up and reach out to me for a resolution.

The dashcam battery bloated and pulled the unit apart.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $190.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Unfortunately I am having a similar experience. At first, about 2 years agotheir customer service was great.

They exchanged 2 units that deleloped cracked screens. Today, the unit just locked up. No response to phone calls, messages left, nor emails.

So much far a 5 year warrantee. Too bad, a nice dash cam when it works.

Same problem here. I've had my F360 for over 2 years, and it's been defective for over a year now.

No customer support, and the warranty is a complete lie. I actually had a previous unit replaced when I first bought it a few years ago, and the company seemed legit then.

Now their listings have been removed from several places, and the customer service line is apparently fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I've experience similar problems after using the same unit in my vehicle for about 8 months. Multiple attempts to get customer service to respond with no results. My suspicion that they've gone out of business seems to be correct and I'm out over $800 having purchased two units of the FalconZero HD Touch.
